High-pressure-water stripping
Many parts and painting aids cannot be chemically or thermally stripped because of their size or the material they are made of. To strip these perfectly, very quickly, and thoroughly, we use high-pressure water of up to 3500 bar.
At the NiRoVe plant in South Africa, we deploy state-of-the-art high-pressure-water pumps for stripping painting aids such as dip-coating carriages for the automotive industry. Using a mobile paint stripping unit, we also carry out extremely time-saving and effective stripping of the hulls of ships in the shipyards of South Africa.
Our high-pressure-water stripping process is, of course, environmentally friendly: after use, the water is treated in our own, specially developed, waste water installations and then returned to the water cycle, so conserving resources.
